In pursuit of excellence to provide comfort foams we have invested in world leading technologies like Hennecke foaming machines and Vertivac -in which all components across all viscosity ranges are precisely metered and output settings are exactly reproducible. We are the pioneers of Vertical Variable Foaming VPF- V process that produce round foam blocks by continuous moulding process. This process is capable of making a range of PU foams that replace polyester fibre in quilting. Foams with great levels of comfort, Higher Durability with compression set values 50% lower than conventional foams and importantly Virtually zero emissions - No auxiliary blowing agents, No VOCs.
